2010-2011 Registration Information

Thank you for considering St. Jerome Early Childhood Center, a NAEYC accredited program, for your child! Our registration process is outlined below for the 2010-2011 school year.

The following materials are required to complete the re-enrollment/registration process:

• Registration Form (for each each child being registered)
• Parish Registration and Support Verification (All Catholic families)
• Original Birth Certificate (for new students)
• $175.00 Registration/Supply/Student Insurance Fee (non-refundable) OR Certificate of Eligibility and St. Jerome ECC VPK Parent Agreement Forms (for 4 year old Program only)
